Privacy Policy

SEO Abbotsford is operated by Self-Edit Technologies Inc., Abbotsford, BC. This page says what we collect on this site and what we do with it. It is written in plain English on purpose.

What we collect. If you fill in the free rank check form, we keep what you typed (business name, your name, email, phone, website and the searches you listed) so we can run the check and reply. The form also records a timestamp and a spam score. We do not buy or sell lists.

Analytics. This site may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. That sends anonymised usage data to Google. You can block it with any standard content blocker and the site will work exactly the same.

Cookies. The site sets no marketing cookies. WordPress may set a session cookie if you log in, which only staff do.

Who sees your information. Jeff Curnew and the Self-Edit team. Nobody else, unless the law requires it. Client rank data is stored on our own server in Canada and is visible only to the client it belongs to and to us.

Email. If you ask for a check, you get one reply. We don’t add you to a newsletter. If you become a client you get the Monday rank email, which stops when you stop.

Your rights. Ask us what we hold about you and we’ll tell you; ask us to delete it and we will. Write to support@self-edit.com.
