SEO Abbotsford · Review Management
Reviews are a ranking signal and a sales signal.
$99 a month per location. We watch your Google reviews every day, tell you the moment a new one lands, and draft a reply in your voice that you approve from your portal. The ones that break Google’s rules go up the ladder: removal request, appeal, legal. A real review from a real unhappy customer stays, answered well.
What $99 covers each month
- Watching. Every review on your Google listing is checked daily. You stop finding out about a one-star from a customer who mentions it.
- Telling you. A new review reaches you by email, or Telegram if you prefer, the day it appears. Good ones and bad ones.
- Replying. Every review gets a reply drafted in your voice: a thank-you by name for the good ones, a calm and specific reply for the rare tough one. You approve the wording from your portal, one tap, and we post it on your listing.
- Screening the bad ones. Each negative review is checked against Google’s policies. Fake, spam, a competitor, an ex-employee, the wrong business: those can come down. A genuine complaint can’t, and we’ll say so.
- Removal, when it qualifies. A removal is quoted up front at $150, $250 or $400 depending on how clear-cut it is, includes the one appeal Google allows, and bills only when the review is actually gone. If it needs a lawyer, the legal package is $3,500 flat through a partner firm.
This runs on ReviewGate, which we built and operate from the Abbotsford office. Signing up there or here is the same thing.
Why this is an SEO service
Google’s own guidance for the local results names reviews as part of “prominence”, and in the categories we track across Abbotsford the map pack is usually the three listings with the most recent, most answered reviews. It’s also the first thing a customer reads before calling. One unanswered one-star review on a listing with eleven reviews changes who gets the call. A hundred answered reviews, mostly four and five stars with the odd honest three, is what trust looks like online.
What we don’t do is ask your customers for you. Nothing beats a text from the person who did the work, sent while the customer is still pleased. We’ll give you the link, the wording and the moment to send it. We won’t send review requests on your behalf, and we won’t offer incentives, which are against Google’s rules and the fastest way to lose a listing.
We pair this most often with Local SEO ($99) for businesses whose listing needs work too, and it’s the one service we’ll suggest first for a clinic or restaurant.
Questions people ask
Can you get a bad review taken down?
Only if it breaks Google’s policies: fake, spam, a competitor, an ex-employee, the wrong business. Every removal request we file cites the specific policy, and you pay only when it comes down. A real review from a real unhappy customer stays. What we can do is reply to it well, and let the newer good ones from the customers you actually have outnumber it.
Will you write the replies in my voice?
Yes. We capture how you talk to customers when you sign up, every reply is drafted in that voice, and you approve the wording before it posts. Replies to four- and five-star reviews can go out automatically if you’d rather not approve each one.
Do you send review requests to my customers?
No. We’ll show you how to ask and give you the link, but the ask comes from you. We don’t offer incentives for reviews, and we don’t write fake ones.
How fast do you see a new review?
Your listing is checked about once a day. A reply draft is usually ready within hours of a review landing; you approve it and it’s posted the same business day.
